2024 Live Music Concert Series

In its second year, Live at The Centre is an exciting collaboration between The Centre Escondido, Vintana Wine + Dine and the Six String Society. We are committed to celebrating local live music and bringing some of San Diego’s finest bands to inland north county.

We are tremendously excited to be kicking off this year’s concert series on May 23rd with San Diego Music Award winners The Sleepwalkers. Also, performing will be San Diego Music Award winner Chloe Lou & the Liddels and world music standouts Planetarius.

The musical styles will range from Cumbia, Rockabilly, Latin, Soul, and Rock so be prepared to dance the night away under the stars!

You will enjoy sweeping panoramic views of Escondido and the surrounding mountains on The Centre’s rooftop venue Moonlight Veranda. One of North County San Diego’s best outdoor event spaces, The Centre is where luxury meets convenience. More About The Bands

The Sleepwalkers

The Sleepwalkers who hail from National City California, have been playing their brand of Chicano roots rock since 1994. They infuse a mix of rockabilly and cumbias for a sound that definitely gets folks out on the dance floor! Because of their eclectic style, they have played with the likes of The Texas Tornados, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Ronnie Dawson, Wayne Hancock, The Blasters, Link Wray, Big Sandy, Pacnho Sanchez, Manic Hispanic, and Ozomatli to name a few. They have been nominated numerous times over the years for the San Diego Music Awards, winning in the Best Americana category.

Chloe Lou & the Liddels

Founded in 2018, Chloe Lou & the Liddells play bluesy country soul music with an oldies feel. The group features Chloe Lou Liddell (vocals), Chris Davies (the Penetrators, Bruce Joyner & the Tinglers), Ron Silva (Crawdaddys, Nashville Ramblers), and Richard “T-Bone” Larson (Bartenders Bible, Tender Faeries). They have won Best Pop Album at the San Diego Music Awards and are currently nominated for another win this year!

Planetarius

Planetairus is a musical odyssey through the world’s rich tapestry of sound. This dynamic quintet has been serenading audiences leaving a trail of delighted listeners in their wake. Planetairus recently achieved a significant milestone for the current era by releasing their debut album, Planetarius. This musical gem encapsulates the band’s eclectic sound and showcases their talent for blending the world’s diverse rhythms and melodies into a captivating auditory journey.
